It can be used for most physical activities such as cycling, running, walking, hiking, roller blading, skateboarding, dance, pilates, yoga, badmington and going to the gym (but it does not offer compression). You can also wear this casually when walking around and running errands.
We have designed a special waistband that ensures it won't roll down and that it holds the weight of your phone.

The AirPods Slot is compatible with AirPods 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation, AirPods Pro, and other wireless earbuds with similar dimensions.

We have a hidden stitching that we have designed that runs through the middle of the pocket so this way your phone will stay upright even though the pocket is huge. It also allows you to have extra space to add other items such as your car keys. This way all the items in your pocket are organized.
