Less Obstacles.
More Fun.
More Fun.
I used to feel overwhelmed trying to juggle between working, meeting friends, making new friends, networking for work, and on top of all that I somehow had to stay fit. After I’d get home, I would debate with myself about going to the gym. Although, I liked going for weight training, going to the gym for cardio was not for me. I used to feel guilty if I skipped it. I thought I was lazy. I thought I lacked discipline. But I realized that I just wasn't passionate about it.
I used to do a lot more sports and activities in school and university. After graduating, I noticed it was a harder as an adult to get into sports and activities. But, anyhow I decided that if I wanted to stay fit I’d only do it through things I enjoyed. So, I went to our storage room and dug up my old skateboard, and off I went to Dubai Creek park! It was fun and I met new skateboarders who gave me some tips. I forgot how sports and activities brought people together. It's a great way to learn something new, stay fit and socalize all at once!
But after I started doing more activities I kept facing a recurring issue. I was annoyed with the tiny pockets that the leggings in the market had to offer. I could barely fit my phone, airpods and home card key. I was constantly distracted because I was worried something would fall out. After talking to my friend about this, she told me that she faced another issue and that she struggled to find sportswear in her size.
We were tired of all these obstacles in the way of enjoying a sport. First, access to sports as adults was harder compared to when we were kids. Second, there was a lack of functional sportswear available. Third, some people may struggle to find sportswear in their size. That’s how Moveletix was born - functional and size-inclusive sportswear that lets you start your new adventure.
