Returns & Refund Policy

Returning Items

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (i.e. the same packaging item received in). 

To start a return, you can access the returns/exchanges portal on our website. You can also send us an email at contact@moveletix.com or Whatsapp us at +917501043084. 

UAE Customers

For UAE customers, once your return request has been accepted, you will be emailed a confirmation. Our courier partners will contact you to schedule the pickup, the return will be for free

International and GCC customers

For international and GCC customers, once your return request has been accepted, you will be emailed a confirmation and instructions on where to send your item(s). We can accept a return request up to 7 days after the item has been delivered. You will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier and cover the postal charges yourself.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges (UAE only)

Exchange requests can be made via the returns/exchanges portal on our website. Once your exchange request has been accepted, you will be emailed a confirmation. Our courier partners will contact you to schedule the pickup of the item(s) you wish to exchange. Exchange of items only permissible once. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for international customers (outside the UAE), you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (i.e. the same packaging item received in).  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you choose to receive store credit, a credit note will automatically be applied to your account. For cash on delivery orders, you will be refunded via a credit note.
