We will send you a voucher code via email and this is the code the class instructor will need for verification. We recommend you call or Whatsapp the coach before you attend. The voucher can only be used once per class per person.

We will email you with a link where you can send a Whatsapp to the admin of the Moveletix Community group and they will add you to the group.

We will send you an email with the voucher code automatically after 7 days from the day clothes have arrived as we need to ensure that you won't return the sportswear.

However, if you would like to use the voucher sooner and you do not intend to return the sportswear you can send us an email or Whatsapp message saying "I have removed the tag and have used the sportswear and I will not return the item, please send the voucher code"

Two months

You can use each class only once even if you purchase more than one bundle, as the classes are free trials. However, you can give the extra voucher from the second bundle to your friend or family member and they can use it. In general we try to update our bundle offers to have different classes for each collection.

Don't worry you're not the only one who may feel nervous or anxious to start a new class. We can try to connect you with others who have reached out to us who have felt the same way. Most of our customers who were anxious felt more comfortable to try a class when they attended it with others who felt the same way. Sometimes starting your new adventure with people who understand how you feel can be easier.

Also, another option can be to just drop in a class to observe it before participating. Most coaches will allow this if you ask them in advance so you can see the class atmosphere and level.

We have ensured to include classes that are for absolute beginners.

Also, we organize activities with our community group and most people are complete beginners and it's a non judgemental environment - we all play for fun. Nobody has ever made fun of anyone's ability and if that were to happen they would be removed from the group.

Yes these are all group classes except for skateboarding which is private.

We organize badminton, paddle tennis and any other suggestions that the group makes.

We will organize activities weekly or monthly

Yes if there's a specific class that you don't want to attend you can share the voucher code with a friend. But you both can't attend the same class, as after the voucher is used once the coach will not allow you to reuse it.

Right now we have these offers for people in Dubai. You can contact us and we can send you a voucher for your emirate once we expand.

Anyone can use the voucher, and the email that is registered to the order purchased will receive the information to join the community.

We have ensured that some of the classes will include both early morning and late evening classes on weekdays. Also, we have ensured that some of the classes are available on the weekend.

We have a Moveletix whatsapp group with people who are looking to attend these classes, so you can send a message on the group and ask if you can split the taxi fare.

The classes have a circuit and have stations where you get to do different drills and activities which also include strength and conditioning. Workout duration is 60 minutes.

For Bollywood fitness Dance the classes are medium intensity so those who have not worked out in a long time can do half a class or as much as possible. First half is cardio and second half is floor workout.
