Terms and Conditions for Secure Pocket Guarantee:

1. Guarantee Eligibility:

   • The Secure Pocket Guarantee applies to customers who have purchased our phone pocket leggings or shorts.
   • To be eligible for the guarantee, customers must have purchased the correct size of leggings or shorts, ensuring a proper fit for the pocket.

2. Guarantee Claim Process:

   • In the unlikely event that a customer's phone falls out of the pocket while wearing our leggings or shorts, they may be eligible for a refund.
   • To initiate a guarantee claim, the customer must provide a video demonstrating how the phone can fall out of the pocket and is not securely held.
   • The video should be a full-size recording, clearly showing the customer wearing the leggings or shorts and the pocket area.
   • The customer must also provide their order number for verification purposes to confirm the size they purchased.

3. Correct Size Verification:

   • The customer's size selection is crucial in ensuring a secure pocket fit.
   • If it is found that the customer has purchased a size that is two or more sizes larger than their usual size, resulting in a loose pocket fit, the guarantee claim may be deemed invalid.
   • It is the customer's responsibility to purchase the correct size to ensure the pocket's effectiveness.

4. Guarantee Claim Evaluation:

   • Upon receiving the video and order number, our team will evaluate the claim within a reasonable timeframe.
   • We will carefully assess the size of the purchased leggings or shorts, the provided video evidence, and the order details to verify the correct size selection.
   • If it is determined that the pocket is responsible for the phone falling out, and the customer has purchased the correct size, they will be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Process:

   • If the guarantee claim is approved, the customer will be refunded the amount equivalent to their purchase.
   • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase unless it was cash on delivery then we will offer a gift voucher. 
   • Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited.

6. Guarantee Exclusions:

   • The Secure Pocket Guarantee does not cover incidents where the customer has purchased the incorrect size, resulting in a loose pocket fit.
   • Any damages caused by mishandling, misuse, or improper care of the product are not eligible for the guarantee.

7. Modification or Termination:

   • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Secure Pocket Guarantee at any time, without prior notice.
   • Guarantee claims initiated before any modifications or termination will still be evaluated under the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the claim.
